The Art of Grace Li Wang

A number of your works have been on exhibit at the Wake Forest University where I work. I was particularly struck by your "Field" series and have found myself going out of my way to enjoy viewing them. "Field No. 10" seemed to speak most deeply to me and I decided I must purchase it. I wanted you to know that it is the first piece of original art I have ever bought, and I am so thrilled to have it in my home. Thank you for bringing joy and beautiful art into my life.

I am an avid admirer of the emotional energy in Grace’s paintings. The images are very strong, and so recognizable as Grace’s work.  As a supporter of Grace’s art, I love to see her work exhibited in galleries, commercial establishments, and especially in fine homes.  Grace is already internationally recognized, and I expect her work to be pursued by fine arts collectors worldwide.

I find Grace Li Wang's work with colors and forms to be really strong emotionally! Her work exudes a celebration of spirits in the flowing forms of intense and vibrant colors. The colors stand out so brilliantly and the ethereal images they convey are very memorable and captivating!

Grace Li Wang is one of the most unique artists I have encountered in some time. Her sense of colors is so wonderfully strong. I am truly excited about showing her work!

Grace is a very inspirational person, and I have been lucky enough to have purchased one of her paintings. The painting hangs in my living room and brings me great joy. I get a sense of tranquility and happiness every time I look at it.

Grace Li's picture, a crayon drawing from a treetop level perspective, is of a woman holding hands with three small children, while strolling along a footpath in the woods at full Fall bloom. Just off the footpath, two other young children are making a scarecrow. Though only 12 by 18 inches, the picture commands one's attention and imagination. Most compelling for me is Grace's seeming celebration of vivid Fall colors which she used in a sophisticated way to create both form and atmosphere. The picture has the same feel one finds in the work of the Impressionists in their similar-type use of light and color as a vehicle for establishing a sense of the interconnectedness of nature and man. What is most remarkable is that this picture was drawn by Grace when she was only twelve years of age. One can only be very excited at the prospect of knowing that Grace is now widely exhibiting her work.
