Grace Li Wang Art Gallery has the most beautiful and unique lakeside art gallery setting for party leasing in Raleigh.
At the Grace Li Wang Art Gallery you will have the opportunity to entertain your clients/friends/associates with elegance and charm while being surrounded by an eclectic selection of contemporary art at a peaceful retreat site well situated at a conveniently located North Raleigh location.
This spacious 1,300 sq. ft, lakefront location offers you the possibility of the gallery walk to an outside flow to enjoy the charming view of the beautiful Millbrook Lake, as well as having your own lakeside party and reception functions.
Grace Li Wang Gallery is able to cater the occasion if you so desire or you may choose your own caterer and services from the area. Please feel free to call Grace if you need further information. We welcome all inquires, as well as interests on the regular scheduled events.
RENTAL INFORMATION FOR
GRACE LI WANG ART GALLERY -
Please inquire the rental dates and hours with Grace Li Wang or the Gallery's authorized representative and secure them with the required deposit.
- Security Deposit is $200.
- Cancellation Notice of 30 or more days - $100 deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Notice of less than 30 days - $200 deposit is non-refundable.
RENTAL TERMS -
- $75.00 per hour. Regularly scheduled events can be negotiated.
- One hour courtesy set up time may be added.
- Gallery rental requirement: 2 hours minimum. Rates for 1/2 day or more are available upon request.
- $50 for cleaning charge (if one prefers to have this service).
- Total due: two weeks before the event.
- Credit card, personal or cashier's check is accepted.
